Henry was hired by former 20:20 chief Mark Ryan in August, after Ryan had failed to land Motorola UK boss Jim Michel, to coordinate 20:20’s 18-month roadmap. The pair shook on the deal and Henry entered the fray initially on a consultancy basis.

But Ryan’s departure last month put on hold Henry’s mooted appointment as 20:20 business development director and left Henry waiting for confirmation about his long-term future with the group.

Henry doesn’t have another job lined up at present but is believed to be considering a number of roles.
