Orange replaces faulty W910i’s

Customers complained that the W910i switched off during outgoing calls and was unable to answer incoming calls.

Due to the number of complaints Orange and Sony Ericsson are now offering to exchange the faulty handsets at any Orange store.

An Orange spokesperson said: “Sony Ericsson and Orange recognised an early problem with a small number of W910i’s. The small number of Orange customers experiencing problems powering up their Sony Ericsson W910i handset were offered an exchange at their nearest Orange store.”
