Five new franchisees have already been signed up. Mobile 5 is screening more candidates.
Managing director John Koumpan said: “It’s difficult to get successful field sales staff, but with the franchise model, we are recruiting people who are hungrier and more motivated. Franchisees will be trading as Mobile 5, so quality is important.”
He added franchisees that work from home and put connections through Mobile 5 stand to make up to 60 per cent in commission of the value of the connection, compared with just 25 per cent for regular dealer field sales staff.
