Services provided include BlackBerry and Windows Mobile support, customer needs analysis, loan kit and online bill analysis software, as well as a dedicated business support team member.
Hugh Symons business manager Bob Sweetlove (pictured) said: “The objective of the team is to be able to provide full assistance right from the initial deal proposal through to completing the connection. Retailers will be helped with increased point of sale material and local leafleting. Dealers already receive specialist support from dedicated ‘shop’ and ‘office’ account managers.”
Sales manager Carlos Pestana added: “This has helped us service ‘data shy’ dealers. We’ve seen a strong increase in business connections because of the additional investment and resource in our support services.”
