The MVNO, which is to run on the T-Mobile network, will be sold exclusively through independent dealers or directly online. It has yet to be named.
The service will launch with a range of consumer and business 12-24-month SIM-only packages. Branded handsets follow in Q2.
Consumer deals start at £10 with no bundled minutes or texts, then £20 for 150 minutes and 150 texts and up to £40 with 750 minutes and 750 texts. Business deals are being finalised but will start at £9 with no bundled minutes or texts. Bespoke bundles with data extras can be created.
mfonex chairman Chris Caudle said: “We’ve had a lot of interest from dealers who are becoming disillusioned with the networks and are looking to offer something fresh in the market.
“Although there are a lot of MVNOs, a lot of dealers aren’t comfortable with what’s being offered. We will be offering a competitive commission structure for dealers, as well as a residual income so they will be rewarded for looking after the customer.”
