Industry staff from across the country attended the event of our sister weekly magzine Fone which was hosted by manufacturer LG and consultancy specialist Nvest.
Key tips included listening to a customer’s needs and asking about their lifestyle, reacting to their body language, making sure you have a sale-closing line and staying polite even if it looks like the deal is slipping away from you.
The overriding feeling from dealers was that they came away with both a stronger knowledge of the LG Viewty and an increasing level of confidence from the sales training.
