JAG is introducing a ‘Troubleshooting Team’ to boost lower-performance stores within the 147-strong chain.
The Troubleshooting Team, consisting of sales and management experts Steve Cottey, Kieran Laven and Kevin George, will spend up to four days in each selected branch monitoring their performance and suggesting new ways to increase productivity and motivate staff.
JAG managing director John George said: “JAG’s ongoing expansion presents a new set of challenges in the ways we do business. We have to ensure there is consistency throughout the company; both in terms of the training and professionalism of branch staff and stability of performance across our 147 branches nationwide. The Troubleshooting Team will help to deliver this consistency throughout the company.”
