Comprising a combination of connection bonus, hardware earnings and ongoing revenue share, a Timico business partner stands to make up to £185 from an average revenue customer on a mid-range tariff in the first year of their contract. The previous average revenue was £85.
Timico chief executive Chris Tombs (pictured) said the package would position Timico’s hosted VoIP solution as a lucrative proposition for dealers tapping into converged communications.
Said Tombs: “The time is right, the technology works and the market has woken up to it. VoIP is competing for space in a mobile partner’s portfolio, so we have to show them the money.
“Our new VoIP rewards should be a real eye-opener for mobile and telecoms dealers who have yet to realise how much they could be earning from selling VoIP services.
“We have worked hard to see an increasing number of our business partners expand their operations from a single service to offering a full suite of converged communications.
“These businesses are now set to reap the benefits from both higher earnings and reduced customer churn.”
