Anti-radiation technology developer Exradia has liquidated its UK subsidiary to incorporate the unit into a streamlined global business.
A structural review of the business is being conducted with potential staff changes to follow.
Sales director Richard Turner has been promoted to chief executive following the resignation of David Schick.
Turner, also a former business development director for distributor 20:20, said the liquidation was prompted by a new investor, who questioned the efficiency of Exradia running separate regional operations.
“It’s very clear that this technology is a global proposition and that we would work better this way to secure major global agreements going forward instead of working as a series of companies,” said Turner.
Turner said further distribution partnerships in the coming weeks.
