Unlocking the potential of our store staff is crucial to building our retail presence on the high street and growing the business in what remains a highly competitive market."
T-Mobile UK sales and dervice director Gordon Ballantyne said: "Andrew takes over at an exciting time. We have ambitious plans to grow retail connections with a specific focus on prepay and mobile internet and broadband. Structural changes to closely align customer service and sales across all channels will help to deliver a consistent and superior customer experience."
