Mainline embarks on staff recruitment campaign on behalf of dealers

Mainline has embarked on a staff recruitment campaign on behalf of its dealers.

Mainline managing director Andrew Boden said: “Recruiting excellent sales people in this industry is a challenge for us all. Helping our dealers to seek out and then train additional sales staff will bring obvious benefits to both parties.

"We have invested in advertising campaigns in the trade press and are also helping our dealers in the selection process by co-interviewing short listed candidates.”

Business Mobile dealers will use the training and marketing support provided by Mainline to ensure new recruits are well prepared to boost their business.
