Colchester based car kit distributor Chameleon has struck a deal with Vodafone to supply it with branded handsfree car kits.

The Bury CV9040 is a colourscreen, touch-sensitive, handsfree car kit. Manufacturer Bury
claims its voice recognition does not require the user to train the device to their accent.

The system has a multilingual function with English, German, French and Dutch. It is compatible with most mobiles, and can be paired with up to 10 different handsets via Bluetooth.

The Vodafone-branded kits are expected to ship to the company by the end of May.
