Lycatel is phasing out the distribution of Nomi Mobile products ahead of the launch of its own ethnic market MVNO Lycamobile, which is expected in August.
Lycatel has distributed Nomi Mobile SIM packs through Dextra since its launch in December.
Nomi Mobile UK chief Stuart Eve said: “The business through Lycatel is decreasing month-by-month. I’m sure it will stop selling our product when it launches its own.”
Nomi Mobile also works with EBS.
Lycamobile is yet to conclude a network deal for its UK MVNO, but sources claim T-Mobile, which it works with in Benelux, is the likeliest partner.
