Vodafone has collaborated with MySpace to launch an online music site called Vodafone Music Reporter.
Via a special MySpace profile, Vodafone will promote its existing music initiatives, including summer festivals such as Music Unlimited Cologne in Germany and its TBA gigs in the UK.
The profile features user-generated content and there are seperate communities for the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy.
Fans can also win the chance to produce a gig report for MTV. To enter, Vodafone Music Reporter members simply upload a photo and video review of a recent gig. Fellow members will then vote on which one they like best.
Vodafone global brand director David Wheldon said: "Vodafone Music Reporter reaches music fans in a way that reflects the latest trends of how music is experienced in the social networking space.
"It allows music fans to interact, showcase their skills and become part of a unique Vodafone music community."
