Samsung has revealed its newest smartphone partnership with Symbian, the INNOV8.

The latest offering, also known as the i8510, runs the Symbian OS v9.3 that, according to Symbian, provides better power efficiency, security and performance.

The handset is the eighth Samsung phone to use a Symbian OS and includes high-end features such as an eight megapixel camera.

Samsung also claims that the handset includes a range of applications that allows the device to be used as a ‘cinema in your pocket’, letting users watch videos including DivX files, view pictures and play games on the 2.8 inch LCD display.
