A Norfolk man accused of stealing £14,000 of mobile phones from his employer has pleaded not guilty at Norwich Crown Court.
Shaun Emery, 47, from Waltham Abbey, Essex, appeared before Norwich Crown Court July 1 for a committal hearing and again for a plea hearing on July 29.
He is accused of stealing the handsets between August 19 and November 30 last year, whilst working for East Norfolk B2B dealer Comm-Tech.
It is alleged he obtained the devices by fraudulently credit checking businesses and then selling them for personal gain. Other charges include faking employment history on his CV.
He has also been accused of stealing laptops valued at more than £8,500 from another firm.
Emery is scheduled to face trial on October 13 charged with two cases of theft and two cases of fraud.
