20:20 Mobile’s new management team has started to take shape with a tranche of senior appointments following the merger of its 20:20 Logistics handsets division and its Dextra accessories arm.
New 20:20 Mobile managing director James Browning, who steps up from the role of Dextra managing director following the restructure, will be flanked by Martin O’Grady (pictured), as operations director, and Andrew Peat, as purchasing and marketing director of the new Crewe distribution group.
O’Grady heads up logistics, IT, HR, customer services and sales support. He also retains an involvement in the Group’s overseas operations as required.
Peat takes responsibility for procurement, marketing and product management.
Also, Andy White has been appointed finance director.
20:20 has also confirmed a new team of sales directors, whose portfolios will be channel-based rather than split by products. The key appointments are Steve Sanghera as dealer/SME channel sales director, Matt Child as network specialists sales director, Phil Henchoz as grocery/high street sales director, Jon Miller as insurance/key sales director, Andy Cutler as MVNO sales director and Nick Ryan as GFS sales director.
Browning said: "I am delighted to confirm these first appointments to 20:20’s new UK management. These are high-calibre people with a proven track record in their areas of expertise and I am fully confident they will help me deliver the step-change I am looking to make in the business.
"My intention is that they ‘hit the ground running’ providing seamless support for our customers and vendors as they review their business areas and set about building their individual teams.
"The aim of this process is to strengthen our relationship management processes and offer a streamlined, fully-integrated service to everyone we deal with."
