Airtime and handset distributor Fone Logistics has restructured its website to strengthen its online service.
The website is now predominantly aimed at new independent dealers.
Other new additions iinclude the new products and portfolio section, with a service centre and wholesale facility and the ‘Work with Us’ page specifically designed for prospective customers.
The website’s Dealer Access Portal is also being redesigned and is due to be finalised at the end of September. It offers current customers real-time access to their account information covering all their transactions with Fone Logistics. Dealers can monitor invoices and credits, check the status of their connections and commissions as well as have an overview of when the payments are made or due.
The website also lists in full detail the incentives that the company is currently running.
Fone Logistics marketing director Julien Parven said: “We’re delighted with the new site; it is a great reflection on how well we are doing as a business, especially when the market is currently dictating otherwise.
“Moving forward we felt that it was very important for us as a business to spend some time improving the website as it’s a great tool for us in which to increase our company profile and drive potential customer interest to our site.
“We also knew it was extremely important that our site be as user friendly as possible.”
The company claims to be ahead of schedule at the close of the first half of its two year growth plan.
