Research In Motion announced a new awards ceremony recognising the innovation and investment EMEA BlackBerry Alliance Partners give to its smartphones.
The BlackBerry Alliance Summit will host the innovation awards on November 19 in Monaco, France.
“Innovation is at the very heart of RIM and the BlackBerry solution. We have launched the BlackBerry Alliance Program Innovation Awards to reward and recognise our Alliance Partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa who are transforming the mobile applications market and are enhancing our customers’ lives on BlackBerry,” said RIM vice president of Global Alliances Jeff McDowell.
RIM said entries are free and members of the BlackBerry Alliance Program in EMEA are encouraged to apply. Deadline for entries is October 17.
