O2 has opened a new Centre of Excellence for its leading distribution partners.
O2 Advance distributors Avenir, Fone Logistics, Hugh Symons, MoCo and Redstone have all been handed entry to the new O2 members’ club, which follows its Data Centre of Excellence and M2M Centre of Excellence.
The move is to recognise O2’s distribution partners have raised their games since O2 introduced much stricter channel criteria last year, and are delivering a lower churn percentage and higher ARPU on connections. Data sales have increased significantly.
The Distributor Centre of Excellence offers the five distributors additional support in building leads and tailored voice and data packages for business customers.
All parties have recently interpreted O2’s new commission structure, which does away with traditional payments in favour of an ongoing revenue scheme, in their own ways, offering variations to dealers on upfront/ongoing payments.
Avenir, Fone Logistics, Hugh Symons, MoCo and Redstone were informed of the new Centre of Excellence on meeting O2 last week.
