Mainline launches data guide

Orange distributor Mainline has launched a branded data guide to help dealers understand data offerings and encourage them to sell more packages.

The guide, created in conjunction with Orange, will allow dealers to quickly identify the best package for their customers and offer informed advice.

Initially available to dealers in its elite Business Mobile programme, Mainline hopes to roll it out to the rest of its B2B dealer base in the near future.

“It shows that explaining complex products needn’t be complicated,” said Mainline director of dealer sales Gail Hollinshead.

“Ensuring our dealers offer the right advice first time also strengthens customer relations – and that’s extremely important in an increasingly competitive market.”

One free copy is to be provided to Business Mobile dealers who are then given the option to order additional copies. Mainline described the response from their dealers as “excellent” with one dealer, The Bottom Line, ordering over 200 copies.
