Vodafone has confirmed its Christmas line-up, which includes 16 exclusive handsets, an unlimited text offer and the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 netbook.
The BlackBerry Storm takes centre stage in its contract offerings, while exclusive colour variant handsets dominate prepay, with a free digital photo frame thrown in with selected handsets.
The main bulk of the exclusive handsets is made up of Vodafone’s own-branded handsets with colour variants including a black and purple version of the Sony Ercisson W350, a W901i in ‘Havana’ gold and a pink and graphite Samsung G600, making up the numbers.
“This year’s Christmas range features a great mix of phones at a price that will please everyone,” said consumer director Ian Shepherd.
“Many of our exclusive mobiles will make ideal gifts especially as several will come with a free digital photo frame.
“There’s plenty of choice for those who want to have their music in their pocket or quick access to satellite navigation with the Sony Ericsson W350i and the Nokia 6210. Best of all, every Vodafone prepay customer can opt into Text Unlimited to be rewarded with free texts each month just for topping up £5 or more.”
Text Unlimited gives customers topping up £5 unlimited texts on weekday evenings for a month, £10 gives unlimited evening and weekend texts for the month, while £30 or more gives unlimited texts at any time for the month.
The Dell Inspiron Mini 9 netbook includes built-in mobile broadband and is available free on 24 month mobile broadband contracts. An accessory pack costing £25 is also available which includes an 8GB flash drive, a netbook ‘skin’ and a cleaning kit.
