Olive Communications, new 3 airtime distributor, held a forum in Milton Keynes last week to introduce itself to dealers and promote 3’s business proposition.
Olive invited 25 B2B dealers to the event, hosted by Olive sales director Rob Saffman and 3 B2B account controller Rob Johnson.
Olive chief executive Mark Geraghty (pictured) said seven of the delegates had since applied for a 3 dealer code and a further eight had requested old codes to be re-instated.
Said Geraghty: “At a time when all networks appear to be moving to a revenue share, dealers are really excited about the opportunity to sell solutions which are both cost effective to the customer and incredibly profitable for themselves.”
Peterborough’s Clear Business Solutions was one to sign up. Chief executive Jason Markland said: “If it wasn’t for today I would still have had the view 3 wasn’t good enough for business. But I have changed my mind.”
Olive concluded the day with a trip to the Daytona Go Kart tracks.
