Kondor has completed the first phase of its online solution in launching its ‘E-Tailor’ service.
The offering is specifically designed to allow instant access to the company’s database of products.
To use it customers sign up and choose the information they want, in the format they want to receive it. Information can be filtered by category such as product; category, brand; compatibility or handset and they then choose to receive the product feed daily, weekly or monthly.
The features of E-Tailor allow the use of Kondor’s client .xml files to feed straight into their own website for live product and stock information as required, which is updated automatically each time the page is loaded.

Kondor commercial director Michael Bartlett (pictured) said: “This is a fantastic tool for communicating the detail of the widest accessory range in the industry. Our customers are able to profit from this by easily offering our products to their customer base or listing them on the internet.”
The company added that the second phase of its online solution – consisting of online paper-free ordering and direct fulfilment of orders (delivered directly to end users) to minimise stock risk for customers – is due for completion in Q2.
