Sony Ericsson has announced the launch of the Sony Ericsson C903 Cyber-shot phone, one of three devices announced by the manufacturer in the lead up to Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next week (February 16-19).
The C903 slider (pictured left) comes with a 5-megapixel camera, which includes dedicated camera keys and a slide down protective lens cover. It also comes with Face Detection, Smile Shutter and BestPic.
Other features include a 2.4-inch display, GPS and TV-out function.
Sony Ericsson global business marketing manager Daniel Sandbolm said: “The C903 Cyber-shot adds a creative and stylish mobile phone to our mid-range segment. It furthers our digital camera heritage and makes capturing special images even more memorable.”
The C903 is due for release in the UK in Q2 and will be available in black, white and red.
The second device to be announced is the W395 Walkman phone (pictured right), which comes with built-in stereo speakers.
The latest addition to the Walkman range includes dedicated control keys for managing music, a 1GB memory card and FM radio. TrackID and PlayNow are also included.
The W395 will be available in the UK later this quarter and will be available in grey and titanium.
The final announcement from Sony Ericsson is the AB900, the latest addition to its Bluetooth Car Speakerphone range.
Users will be able to stream songs from their mobile to the device, which will broadcast them over their car audio system.
The device also offers a call handling display, easy access to five favourite numbers and voicemail at the touch of a button.
As the speakerphone can be strapped to sun visors in vehicles, it can also be used in the office for conference calls or at home for handsfree calling.
The AB900 will be available in the UK but a release date is yet to be announced.
