Azzurri Communications has launched a new ‘Contact Centre Practice’, a specialist division dedicated to providing end-to-end contact centre solutions for corporate customers.
The company’s new division aims to deliver all elements of contact centre technology, from the data centre and network infrastructure to the applications at the contact centre coal-face. It said its managed service and hosted offerings enable organisations to concentrate on their business rather than managing ICT. The initiative aims to reduce costs and increase efficiencies for customers.
Chief technology officer Rufus Grig (pictured) said: “This is the only customer ‘contact’ practice that can offer real independence, from the public network level through to agents’ desktops, offer services to build integrated contact centres, and offer a range of deployment models for businesses, from on-premises working to hosted centres with a fully managed service.”
