20:20 Mobile Group has appointed former Ingram Micro Uk commercial director Bhavesh Patel as its new Group Commercial Director.
Patel was at Ingram Micro for 17 years, and was UK commercial director from 2001 until his departure last month.
Patel also held roles at Ingram Micro as director of purchasing and business development for Asia Pacific and Europe, vice president of purchasing for the UK and also a 14-month stint as interim joint deputy managing director of the UK business.
He joins former Ingram Micro chief and president Meinie Oldersma at 20:20. Oldersma was appointed 20:20 Group chief executive in February 2008.
20:20 said Patel will focus on the “alignment and optimisation of category management and expanding strategic vendor relationships”.
