Virgin Media’s mobile broadband service topped three categories in a recent Which? mobile broadband group test.
It beat 3, Orange, O2, T-Mobile and Vodafone in the mobile usability category, with its help document found to be the most accessible and user friendly.
It was also found to provide the best mobile broadband customer service along with O2, and came out on top for mobile broadband set up alongside O2, Orange and T-Mobile. Vodafone was found to have the most complicated set up.
Virgin Media managing director of mobile Graeme Oxby said: “It’s fantastic that Virgin Media mobile broadband is achieving such acclaim.
“We always set out to deliver a mobile broadband product that would compliment our fibre optic and ADSL offerings, which meant ensuring our high standards of usability, simplicity and service were met.
