B2B dealer Phonebox has been made an accredited Samsung repair centre, adding to its status as official Nokia service centre.
Phonebox can now repair Samsung handsets that are both under warranty and no longer under warranty.
Phonebox said in-house repairs at its Solihull base, in the West Midlands, are typically completed within an hour. It offers a walk-in service as well as a courier service for corporate customers, which guarantees 72-hour returns.
Phonebox service director Lee Hopkins said: “We offer great service and can act as a central reference point for all matters connected with Samsung service.
“Technical training is essential in Samsung’s drive for repair efficiency and customer satisfaction. Engineers will be invited to training courses run by Samsung engineers to ensure they are trained to the highest level.”
