Mainline has launched a new handbook for its dealers, designed to help them sell and connect to Orange more efficiently.
The distributor has taken feedback from its dealers and developed the handbook, which contains information enabling the connection process to run smoother.
The first section consists of iSell, Mainline’s monthly publication for dealers that contains information on pricing and commissions.
The second section contains important updates from both the distributor and operator with the final part consisting of Mainline’s procedures manual, which includes detail on operational procedures, account processes and key contacts.
An appendix also contains forms and documents, such as multiple connection sheets and credit check templates.
Mainline director of dealer sales Gail Hollinshead said: “Mainline is continually looking to improve its service offering to its dealers. With the introduction of the new handbook, dealers will have all the information about working with Orange and Mainline close to hand.”
