Summary

The Mobile Phone Centre was a little disappointing; there was little choice of handsets in stock which would meet my enquiry requirements.

It was surprising to be asked to look on the internet and then return; an opportunity missed. O2 was okay, but it would have improved on its score if the salesperson had greater handset knowledge.

Carphone Warehouse was adequate, but a demo would have put it into second place.

Phones 4U salesmen were courteous, understood what I was looking for, but pushy near the end.

Vodafone was the best store visited; taking time to ensure needs and wants were met.
