Kondor wins anti-virus deal


Kondor has partnered with anti-virus software company BullGuard to provide the software to its reseller base while offering a revenue share for account renewals.

Resellers will receive 25 per cent revenue share for renewing an existing customer’s account.

Kondor commercial director Michael Bartlett said: “BullGuard is the most user-friendly internet virus solution on the market with a number of USPs and benefits to customers.

“We look forward to working with BullGuard on growing this area of their business with them.

“Sales of netbook, laptop and wireless broadband hardware within our mobile customers is increasing rapidly. As the importance of this category increases we’re investing heavily in range development and supplier partnerships to satisfy the accessory demand.”

BullGuard chief operating officer George Tennet said: “At BullGuard we tailor our products for the non-technical home user, small office user, who are all very aware of the daily online security dangers and who require total online protection.

“A high percentage of this target market are now turning to the traditional mobile phone retailers and operators for their home computing hardware also, driven by the increase in home broadband take up and some great offers in the high street.
