HSC has launched The Mobile Club, a new dealer programme to replace the recently disbanded Unity scheme.
With The Mobile Club, there are no minimum performance criteria for the standard level of benefits with dealers simply only needing to buy from the airtime distributor. The benefits include courses available for dealers, communication with the HSC technical support team during office hours, live online stock levels and order tracking facility and a dedicated account and finance account manager.
A VIP tier of benefits has been made available to dealers who hit 150+ contract connections in a quarter and can be a combination of new connections and upgrades, including mobile broadband. The benefits include HSC visiting dealers to tailor training around their business needs, a quarterly pack of HSC bespoke POS material printed exclusively for members and regular visits from the dealer’s regional manager and senior HSC management.
The first group of VIP members will be created in July based upon performance in April, May and June. HSC will also publish dealer leagues to enable independents to compete against each other in order to win additional rewards on a quarterly and ad hoc basis.
