Airtime distributor MoCo has integrated its online ordering portals with that of 3’s, making it easier for dealers to order new 3 consumer contract connections.
MoCo’s portal, ConSol, can now submit connections direct to 3’s Sprint portal, making it more efficient to process new connections.
There is a new interface, and dealers can carry out the end-to-end process including tracking referred connections, performing credit checks, tracking deliveries via Royal Mail and selling Fonesure insurance.
The name of the dealer’s salesperson can also be logged against all connections.
Orders processed in ConSol before 2pm are despatched the same afternoon.
MoCo operations manager Phil Long said: “The integration with Sprint allows 3 dealers to focus on sales and providing their customers with a positive experience. It also helps reduce their costs and improve cash flow because no stockholding is required, and it limits their exposure to bad debts.”
