EXPANSYS

eXpansys is giving away a free £30 voucher with every sale of the HTC Hero handset until the end of August. Customers can pick a Hero up SIM-free for £399.99 or from free on T-Mobile contracts. Customers in to movies and wanting a nifty storage unit to watch them on can grab a Popcorn Hour C200 priced at £294.99. This network media tank comes with an upgraded processor, optional Blu-ray capability, Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and plays back all media content from the box.

T-MOBILE

T-Mobile has launched the second incarnation of the Google Android handset, the G2 which is available from free on tariffs of £35 and above. The device comes with a five-megapixel camera and is built for quick navigation and the internet. It’s available on Combi 30 + internet which comes with unlimited internet, 700 minutes and unlimited texts or on the Flext 40 tariff priced at £40 per month on an 18-month contract. Flext 40 includes free internet and £225 worth of credit to be used on calls or text messages.

CARPHONE

Carphone in conjunction with O2 is bundling a free Asus Eee PC laptop with the Nokia 6300 or Sony Ericsson C510. The deal is available on a 24-month contract at £25 with 500 texts, 400 minutes or 600 minutes and unlimited texts. For the more game inclined customer, Carphone is giving away a free Xbox 360 Elite worth £299.99 on a £30 18-month T-Mobile contract. The Combi deal comes with 700 minutes and unlimited texts.

While 3 still raves on about terminating the rate, it has also terminated the cost of calls through its Skype offer. It’s continuing to send the message home that customers can save money from signing up to Skype’s service and says all its handsets are now compatible. On the “Hot Deals” section of its website, 3 has a £10 SIM-only deal which comes with unlimited texts, unlimited 3-to-3 calls and 100 minutes to any network. Also available is the Nokia 6120 which has 25 per cent knocked off the line rental each month bringing the monthly cost down to £15.75.

PHONES 4U

Phones 4U is knocking £10 off the bill for 18-month contracts with the Sony Ericsson W995 on Orange or Vodafone. Customers signing up to the Orange Dolphin £30, Dolphin £35 or Vodafone Your Plan Text £40 tariffs will get £10 automatically taken off the bill each month. The handset has an eight-megapixel camera, Walkman music player, GPS and accelerometer. Also from Phones 4U is the Motorola W156 at an “amazing value” of £4.85. The basic handset best fit for Simple Simons comes with vibration alert, SMS and 100 entry phone book.  On the high end prepay side, the Samsung Tocco Lite is available on Orange from £97.79 which comes with a 3.2 mega-pixel camera, touch screen and accelerometer.

VODAFONE

Vodafone has a sharp deal for Wii Fit lovers. The Samsung Blade is available along with the Nintendo Wii with Wii Fit on a 24-month offer. It comes with 1,200 minutes, unlimited texts and is priced at £40 per month. The Blade or, the Nokia N96 refurbished model, is available for free on a £25 per month tariff with 600 minutes and unlimited texts. The N96 has a 16GB memory and five megapixel camera and is also on a 24-month contract.
