Cloud computing application business NetSuite is seeking reseller partners to grow its business through the indirect channel in the UK.
NetSuite provides end users with log-in codes to access a range of web-based cloud applications, including customer relationship management (CRM), accounting and financial applications tools. Users can access its affiliated cloud applications via a mobile device. It currently supports Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, Palm and Pocket PC platforms.
NetSuite is providing a 50 per cent revenue stream for 12 months to new resellers signing up to become a partner before September 30. Thereafter, resellers will receive 30 per cent ongoing revenue per sale. Resellers receive revenue for each log in sold, typically charged at around £1,000 each.
NetSuite said its products are pitched at the SME market and growing organisations of 20-50 employees.
Channel director Martin Painter (pictured) said NetSuite is currently poaching partners from its rival Sage, which provides accounting applications. Painter said Sage partners will benefit from selling on NetSuite’s products as the software as a service market continues to grow rapidly.
Painter said: “We haven’t looked at targeting the mobile market specifically but it is certainly an area which is attractive to us. There’s a phenomenal opportunity to work with a massive growth company in a sector which is a growth sector. For those who currently sell Sage products, they can sell on our products as a complementary service. Sage doesn’t offer a SaaS integrated business suite whereas we do.”
NetSuite currently has 27 active channel partners in the UK. It will host a webinar in September for resellers interested in signing up to its partner programme.
