Summary

This was an interesting task, which was quite straight forward and which elicited a decent standard among Redditch’s shops.

But the extra service and attention was noticeable for the very good sales people. All stores showed a good level of product knowledge. Vodafone’s Tom Chorley explained the product the best way and he was also the best at demonstrating it.

His enthusiasm and knowledge was commendable, especially as he is a trainee and has not been employed by Vodafone for any length of timer.
