B2B MVNO Gamma has launched a new service for dealers, providing them with customer ownership.
Through BrandBuilder, dealers can offer Gamma tariffs and bundle in services such as email and mobile broadband, while Gamma manages the account on their behalf.
Gamma will undertake handset and SIM card fulfilment, manage billing with the dealers’ brand, provide after care support, credit checking and fraud tools.
Gamma marketing director Richard Bligh (pictured) said: “Mobile dealers face many challenges where commissions are being cut and businesses are often being funded through cashbacks.
“Add to this the inflexible nature of MNOs with fixed tariffs and minimum ARPU commitments, together with no direct customer ownership, and the situation is very difficult.
“BrandBuilder offers mobile dealers easy entry into the mobile market as Gamma is able to take care of all the back office and network service tasks.”
Gamma dealer, M12 Solutions said it will benefit from the service.
