Summary

Carphone Warehouse and Orange were neck and neck, but it was Jason’s enthusiasm, friendliness and total commitment to find the right deal that saw him take the lead.

Orange was nearly there but lost it by not offering a laptop deal. O2 was very good in recommending the new iPhone 3G S, but Chris failed to show me a full demonstration. Get Connected was too pushy; whilst full of knowledge it looked like Zee was just interested in a sale. The 3 Store did not entice at all and Raj did not demonstrate the handset that was recommended.
