INQ’s new Mini 3G handset goes on sales across all 3 channels today.
The Mini 3G includes a built-in Twitter application, along with integrated Facebook and Skype, which appear in the user contact list.
INQ marketing director Jeff Taylor said: “We’re delighted to have the INQ Mini 3G with proper Twitter and multi-
tasking go on sale this weekend on 3. It builds on the success of the INQ1 in delivering deeply integrated social networking functionality at an affordable price.”
Sales of INQ handsets have passed one million across all 3 markets it is distributed across. The company has recently signed its first distribution agreement outside it and 3’s parent company Hutchison Whampoa, in Singapore with Singtel.
