Summary

Even though Carphone did have the best product range, with the lilac colour exclusive, this did not make up for the great customer service I received from the Vodafone and Orange stores.

Both Phill at Vodafone and Daniella at Orange were extremely professional in their approach giving a level of service that gets recommended to family and friends. Vodafone offered better value for money on the actual tariff which just pipped Orange to the winner’s line.
