Consumers and businesses alike value their mobile, computer and television most. Fact. So, in order to provide a profitable and appropriate unified communications proposition, it needs to involve all three – in other words a three screens strategy.
Unified communications is a big part, if not the biggest part of every business’ communication requirements.
Microsoft, as both a user and supplier of business, has a dedicated unified comms team that focuses on how to integrate its computer products with mobile solutions.
The work environment is very different today. Many fewer people are stuck to their desks in the office, and more businesses are recruiting flexi-staff and field workers.
Businesses say this is because offering a flexible out-of-office strategy increases productivity. So, there is a need for the three screens to be available out of the office as a mobile solution.
