Mainline is hosting a series of welcome sessions at its head office in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire to help its newest dealers adapt to its processes.
The sessions are designed to equip newcomers with the knowledge and information needed to ensure their account with the Orange distributor runs effectively from the start and helping them to understand the systems and processes when making connections to the network.
The half-day meetings are run in small groups and give dealers an overview about making connections, earning commissions and the additional support that Mainline offers. This includes the Blueprint marketing menu, dealer development fund, online account management tool, dedicated customer service and an appointment setting service.
Mainline director of dealer sales Gail Hollinshead (pictured) said: “We’re committed to giving each and every dealer unrivalled levels of service and support, and that starts at the beginning of the relationship. The meetings are about introducing ourselves to our dealers and showing them the working processes to run a successful account and boost their business.”
