Orange has confirmed the appointment of Martin Stiven as vice president of business, as reported in Mobile News on September 2.
Stiven will be responsible for the strategy, marketing and expansion of the Orange Business unit, and will work closely with chief executive Tom Alexander on the overall development of the Orange brand. He replaces Paul Tollet.
Before joining Orange, Stiven spent eight years at O2, where he worked in a variety of business development roles and was most recently head of new business channels. His career also includes a number of senior roles at BT.
Said Alexander: “I’m delighted to welcome Martin to Orange at such an exciting time. He’s a highly regarded individual who has held a number of pivotal roles in business sales and marketing, and his significant experience will be a great asset to us as we take advantage of the opportunities in the market. I look forward to working closely with Martin and his team to continue to strengthen Orange as a business brand and make it the best loved communications company in the UK.”
