21C Telecom will double its headcount in the next year following set up of its planned technology centre for converged communications.
21C is intending to increase its direct sales team by eight people, and also bring in a business sales director for new business and a specialist in broadband connectivity, with between six and eight people working in the technology centre.
It also expects to nearly double turnover to £3.5 million by April and reckons turnover could reach £10 million by 2012.
21C managing director Richard Hunt (pictured) said: “We have 13 members of staff at the moment and by the end of next year we hope to have at least 30.
“We’re ready to have managers and directors for different areas of the business and we’ll look to put those wheels in motion very soon.”
