Vodafone has relaunched its business website and opened up an online business centre with information on its fixed, mobile and unified communications propositions.
The relaunched business website makes it easier for customers to navigate and find information on business tariffs. It divides business products into three categories – small business, medium and large business and public sector. Each sector includes information on tariffs and case studies.
Additional functionality and content will be added to the site over the next two months.
Vodafone enterprise marketing director Peter Boucher said: “We have significantly expanded our enterprise business over the past three years to become a total communications partner to our customer. Consequently, some of the information on our services was being held on a number of different sites and was not as easy as it could be to find, so we’ve changed that.
“The new business site is based on extensive customer feedback and is aimed at making the user experience as simple, consistent and engaging as possible. We’re confident that it will provide to be a real benefit to our existing customers, partners and prospects, and for those looking to switch to Vodafone.”
