O2 has got a January sale on handsets, accessories and airtime including a limited offer on its SIM only Simplicity tariff, which gives unlimited O2 to O2 calls, 1600 minutes and 3200 texts for £30 a month. There are a variety of handsets on offer on prepay and contract with up to £99 off the original price.


Virgin is having a sale on prepay handsets during January and is o  ering £50 off  the Nokia 6600i which is now available for £149.99, and £10 o  a variety of phones including the Samsung Genio Touch which is now available for £89.99 and the Nokia E63 and the Sony Ericsson W595 which are both now available for £119. All offers include two months free access to social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and Bebo when customers purchase £10 top-up.


3 is offering discounts on a variety of internet mobiles including the INQ Chat 3G on the 18 month £15 texter plan with a £5 discount for £10 a month and the Nokia E63 on the 18 month £20 internet texter contract with a £2 discount for £18 a month. The INQ Chat 3G offer includes unlimited texts and 75 minutes and the Nokia E63 deal includes unlimited texts and internet as well as unlimited 3-to-3 minutes. All contracts include free Skype-to-Skype calls.


Orange is now offering up to 50 per cent off a selection of prepay phones as part of its big 2010 sale. The Nokia 5030 is available for £49 and the Samsung Genio Qwerty for £69. Orange also has a range of low-tier handsets available from £10.


eXpansys has the iPhone 3GS available unlocked for £819, the HP Ipaq Data messenger with Orange SIM and £50 free top up for £184.99 and the HTC Touch Pro for £259 as part of its January sale. Expansys is also offering the HTC Hero for free on the 18-month T-Mobile Combi 30 Web N Walk contract, which includes 700 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB data per month.


Until January 31, T-Mobile is offering a free contract phone with unlimited texts and 1000 minutes for a reduction of £10 on the £35 price plan for just £25 per month. The offer includes a selection of handsets including the BlackBerry Curve 8520, the Nokia 5800 Chrome and the Samsung Tocco Lite.


Vodafone released the iPhone 3GS this week and is inviting customers to preorder its handset online. Vodafone also has its 2010 sale.


Carphone is offering the Samsung S5560 for £129.95, a saving of £170 and the Sony Ericsson C902 for £94.95, a saving of £105 as part of its prepay sale. All sale handsets include £10 top-up. Carphone is also having a sale on contract handsets which includes the BlackBerry 9700 for £30 a month, a saving of £10 a month on the 24 month Orange Panther contract which includes unlimited texts and 1200 minutes.
