Sony Ericsson has announced the Aspen, the latest handset to be added to its GreenHeart portfolio.
The Aspen, which Sony Ericsson describes as “the business mobile phone with green credentials at its core”, is based on the Windows Mobile 6.5 operating platform. Other features of note include a full QWERTY keypad, a memory card slot to enable a further 16GB of memory and the Microsoft MyPhone service, which remotely erases phone data when the handset is lost or stolen.
Sony Ericsson global marketing manager Quentin Cordier said: “Sony Ericsson Aspen is the business phone with a conscience, perfect for any consumer or company who want to make a green choice in their daily work life.”
The Aspen will be available in selected markets from Q2 and will come in black and silver.
