Plantronics has expanded its family of .Audio PC headsets with four new wideband models.

The .Audio 476 is aimed at frequent travellers and features an over-the-head wearing style that folds almost completely flat for travelling. It uses a plug and play USB connection and includes a three-button control for volume up/down and microphone mute. It also comes with a carrying case and is priced at around £39.99.

The .Audio 655 (pictured right) comes with 40mm speakers and features Fast Mic Mute, designed to enable users to quickly mute the microphone by raising the boom. It also has swivel-mounted ear cushions and one-touch volume controls. It’s also priced at around £39.99.

The .Audio 626 (pictured left) features digital signal processing technology aimed at providing enhanced audio. A noise cancelling microphone and wideband echo cancellation is also included, and is priced at around £29.99.

The .Audio 646 features a discreet behind the head wearing style and USB connectivity, as well as noise and echo cancellation. Like the Audio .626 DSP, it’s priced at around £29.99.

The new Plantronics .Audio DSP headsets will be available during the Spring at select retailers.
