Summary

The search for noise cancelling headsets delivered some interesting responses from store staff, descriptions of the technology varied although surprisingly the recommendation of lower priced products was commonplace.

Customer service was good across all of the visits with attentive staff willing to help but in the end a confident and competent demonstration of a product won through.
